Talk to the team behind the timing booth
Whether you are a rider looking for a squad, a venue looking for a timing system or a club looking for a coaching block, the fastest route is a short message. We read everything that arrives at service@asiinacycling.lat and we answer serious enquiries within two working days.
Our crew works from a single hall in Lehi, Utah, where the coaching desk, the timing bench and the scheduling board all sit within a few steps of the banking. That arrangement is deliberate. When a coach, a timekeeper and a scheduler share a room, a problem raised by a rider is usually solved the same day rather than passed along a chain of inboxes. Please tell us which of our six services you are asking about, and include the dates and the venue if your question concerns a race or a booking, so that the right person can reply first time.

Frequently asked questions
No. Our youth clinics and first squad sessions provide loaner track bikes in a range of sizes. Bring your own pedals and shoes if you have them, and bring a helmet regardless. Once you commit to a season we will help you choose a bike that suits the banking and your event.
Yes. We design, ship and commission timing systems for venues anywhere in the United States, and we train local staff to run them. Remote support is included for the first season, and we travel for major events on request.
Every serious enquiry receives a reply within two working days. During a race weekend the reply may take a little longer, because our crew is in the timing booth, but nothing is left unanswered at the start of the following week.
What happens after you write
Every message that reaches us is read by a person, not by a queue. A coach handles questions about Track Program Coaching, Rider Development Squads and Youth Track Clinics, while our systems crew answers questions about Event Timing Systems, Venue Scheduling and Team Logistics Support. If your question touches more than one service, the reply will bring the right people together so that you receive one clear answer rather than three partial ones.
For a venue enquiry we will usually ask three things: the track surface and dimensions, the number of timed nights in a season, and whether there is an existing timing system we would be replacing or extending. For a rider enquiry we ask about current experience, the events you hope to ride, and the days you can train. With those details we can tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, and if we are not, we will say so and point you toward someone who is.
Visitors are always welcome at the hall. If you would like to watch a squad session before committing, mention it in your message and we will arrange a time when the track is busy but the apron is calm. Seeing the banking up close, hearing the timing booth confirm a split and standing beside the chalk line will tell you more about our approach than any page on this website ever could. We look forward to meeting you, whether you arrive as a rider, a parent, a club organiser or a venue operator.
